The book of Acts is a continuation of the Gospel of Luke. The main purpose of the book of Acts is to show how the early followers of Jesus Christ, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, spread the gospel from Jerusalem to the whole world. It should be noted that the book of Acts is not a description of the ministries of all the apostles. There are two prominent figures in this book, one is Peter and the other is Paul. Another highlight of the book of Acts is the work of the Holy Spirit, which was poured out on the believers on the day of Pentecost.
