Job Seekers Are Dissatisfied and Employers Are Happy with the Job Fair

The National Labor Fair opened in Babur Gardens this year. The exhibition was organized for three days by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, the Office of the President's Chief Economic Adviser, the Afghan Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the World Labor Organization.
Officials have called for the National Labor Fair to strengthen the direct relationship between employer and employee, to provide employer selection and to share information among stakeholders. While officials see the fair as a good opportunity for employee-employer coordination, some attendees disagree and say that the relationships are also governed by the rules.
