Fate and Destiny in Life

How did followers of Jesus deal with fate in life? Do we as humans have an active role in our life? Fate or destiny refers to a set of predetermined events, usually related to the future. This concept exists in many cultures and religions and refers to the belief that the events of the world follow a natural order.

Destiny in the Bible.
1. Free Will: The Bible emphasises that humans have free will and can make their own choices. This means that each person is responsible for their actions and decisions.
2. God's foreknowledge: God knows everything in advance and has a plan for each person. This foreknowledge does not mean that humans are forced to do certain things, but God is aware of their choices.
3. Accountability: Humans are responsible for their actions and decisions and should be held accountable for them. This concept is repeated throughout the Bible.
