Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless, tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. We live in a world full of anxiety and all of us experienced different levels of anxiety in our lives. The question is how to manage our anxiety. As Christians, we put our trust in God and we hope that God will deliver us from hard situations in life. Meditation in God’s words, and praising God in songs and in prayer will help us to relax. We also need to seek medical help if our anxiety is out of control or harms ourselves or others around us.
