Never Ending Wars and Violence

For the last 45 years, the people of Afghanistan experiences wars and violence. It seems that the cycle of wars and violence is never ending. We have wars in Europe and in the middle East. Some leaders wanted to find peace through the war, but in reality, each war is a huge destruction of society—wars never brought peace. Christians are called to be peacekeepers and wanted to live in peace with others. Jesus said, “Blessed are the peacemakers, because they will be called sons of God” (Matthew 26:52).
