Jesus Before the Council

Jesus' disciples left him alone. The religious leaders used their power to bring him before the counsel and charge him for blasphemy. Jesus testified before the counsel and high priest that he is the son of man that will be seated on the right hand of God in heaven. Jesus quoted from Psalm 110 and Daniel 7. Religious leaders were threatened by Jesus’ authority and claim. Jesus was teaching in synagogues all the time and hundreds even thousands followed him bur religious condemn him for blasphemy against God.
