Jesus died on the cross and was buried. When Jesus died the veil in the temple was thorn a part. Jesus is a bridge between us and God that we can have personal relationship with God through Jesus and we can hear from God through the Bible and the Holy Spirit. Jesus willingly accepted and went through persecution and suffering for our sake and for our salvation. Jesus’ death is the foundation of our faith.
