Empowering others in Christian ministry is the duty of every servant of Christ, but how do we help others become empowered and serve better than us? The first step is to encourage and build capacity in other servants of Christ—it means we help other servants to grow in their service better than us. As a result, the kingdom of God grows in the world and especially among Afghans.
