Serving God’s Kingdom: Understanding People

As a servant leader, we need to understand people. People around us have different needs: physical, emotional, spiritual. Understanding people means we equally value each person as the image of God, and as a noble creature. Understanding people also means that we accept people that are so different. Each person has a different background, challenge or character. Our job is not to judge others but to show care and compassion as Jesus Christ did. Jesus Christ cared for others, and he had compassion on them.
