One of the main characteristics of a servant leader is to have a clear godly vision. The vision of a servant has two aspects: how to know Jesus, and make Him know to others. We will be stuck in one place if we do not have vision and mission. Some basic steps of having a clear vision are: praying and reading the Bible, ask others to help us, evaluate our own gifts, talents; and volunteer to serve in the Church, mission agencies or in places to help others.
