The story of Noah teaches us that God hates sin and evil and he will judge it. However, God is very patient. He gives people enough time and options to turn from their evil ways and to repent. But ultimately he keeps his promise as a righteous judge who has to punish those who do evil. Evildoers and the wicked will be punished by God and those considered righteous will be blessed and saved. Noah is an example of a righteous man who together with his family was saved from a mighty flood in a ship called the ark. The book of Psalms says that the righteous will be protected God, but the wicked will be destroyed.
