Jesus’ Last Words

After Jesus was resurrected, he appeared to more than a few hundred people. But before Jesus ascended to heaven, he appeared to his disciples and spoke his last words to them, which are recorded in Matthew 28:16-20. The three things Jesus told his disciples are:
First: Jesus Christ has all authority in heaven and on earth
Second: Jesus Christ has commissioned us to make disciples
Third: Jesus Christ will be with us to the end
When we invite Afghans, Iranians, or Tajiks to Christianity and to read the Bible, we are actually fulfilling the commandment of Jesus Christ and doing so by his power. Thank God that every day Afghans, Iranians, and Tajiks believe in Jesus Christ and follow his teachings.
