How Should We Pray?

When we pray, we must pray with faith. During our prayer, our focus should not be on ourselves and our own needs. We must address our prayers to our Heavenly Father, and not to an idol, or to a spirit of the dead, or to an angel. For all believers, God is a kind and loving Father who wants the best blessings for his children. At the same time, God is the almighty Creator in heaven. He knows everything about us. Therefore, we should come before God with humility and reverence. We must be grateful for his blessings. We should start every prayer with praise of his greatness and glory. May He be praised and glorified! Let us think about the greatness of God, our Creator. After praising and worshiping God, we can bring our requests and needs to Him.
