Faith Without Action

Followers of Jesus are saved by grace and not works (Ephesians 2:8). Serving, loving, and helping others are outcomes or reflections of our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. James in this letter tells us that faith without works is dead. What does that mean? It means a dead person cannot help anyone. As Christians, our faith should reflect the teachings and commandments of Jesus in our daily life. Christians, for the last 2000 years, were and are the first ones to help others. By serving, loving and helping others we show to the world around us that our Saviour Jesus Christ is alive and our faith in Him is alive.
