The childhood war has kidnapped Afghan children. More than 90 percent of children in Afghanistan work more than 35 hours a week. According to one study, 50 percent of street children in Afghanistan are engaged in street work.
1.9 million child laborers live in Afghanistan, of which 1.2 million are employed.
