THE STORY OF JOSEPH
Joseph grew up as a servant and slave in Egypt. But he was an honest worker and his master Potiphar trusted him completely. Joseph had strong faith in God. Potiphar’s wife was not a good woman and tried to sleep with Joseph. Many times she tried to tempt him. But Joseph had a pure heart and did not allow this to happen. One day, the wife accused Joseph publicly of bad behavior and her husband believed her. So, he put Joseph in prison. Even though he was innocent, he had to spent many years unjustly in prison. But ultimately, God rewarded him and he was freed because he could interpret the dream of Pharao correctly. So, the emperor made him chancellor, second in command over all of Egypt.
