The story of the Book of Job is a story of human suffering that we often have no answer to. Job, who lost his children, his property, and his health in one day, cried out in pain and anguish and cursed the day he was born. At first he argued with people and then with God. Even his wife told him to curse God and die! This is a satanic suggestion and is to destroy the wounded. Statistics in this era show that every minute two people in the world attempt suicide. These are all victims of wounds and injuries. But Job did not do this, he cried out to God and argued with Him until the end. Until he finally won, that is, us and God!! Although Job was wounded, he practised principles that led to his healing. He did not lose his passion for God. He glorified God. When Job meets God, he says, I have heard about you by ear, but now my eye sees you.
