Not with human might or worldly weapons that are seen around us, where the voices are heard and humanity is destroyed. We can learn how to draw strength from this power and with the whole armour of God that He has given to His believers and followers.

The whole armour of God is said to be put on so that we can resist the schemes and lies of Satan. Today we see how the schemes and lies of Satan invite people into destruction. There is no need to fall into doubt and weaken ourselves.

We may be weak, of course. But exactly for this reason, God has given us spiritual and effective weapons so that we can be empowered to fight against Satan and sin. Otherwise, sin would overpower us at every moment.

We must put on the whole armour of God every day. The armour and battle gear that God has given us, just like a soldier wears armour when going to war. So that we can fight against the devil and spiritual enemies that attack us at every moment.

Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the principalities and powers of this dark world. It is a spiritual army that cannot be seen with the eyes. And wickedness in heavenly places deceives humanity.

It leads people towards sin. We can summarise the life of a believer in one word. Our life as believers is not a struggle against people but a struggle against spiritual forces.

Therefore, we must prepare our battle gear. We must take up our weapons and be aware of how our enemy attacks us. We should not assume that Satan is a weak spirit.

He is very powerful. He is much stronger than us. And that is why we need to seek help from God in this fight against evil. Otherwise, we do not have the strength.

This evil one, or the devil, today whispers in our ears, even concerning the Gospel. He brings thoughts to our minds. He whispers that this Word is corrupted. "Do not read this," "Do not read that." This is the deceitful attack of Satan. Unfortunately, dear listeners, you ask questions because we mentioned at the beginning, "Please read." "Please read the truth and the true Word, which is salvation and life in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, which wants to rescue you from death." And shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Jesus Christ came two thousand years ago so that every person can receive this peace and happiness through Him and come to the truth.

So, we are not warriors. We are not seeking battles. Our God is a God of love. Jesus Christ calls us all to humility, gentleness, and service to others, regardless of their background or ethnicity.

He has invited us to share the true love of God and this good news with everyone. Everyone has the right to receive salvation. So, dear listeners, following Jesus Christ is not an easy task.

Jesus Christ says in Matthew chapter ten, verses thirty-four to thirty-nine, "Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. For I have come to set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. A man's enemies will be those of his own household. He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me. He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for My sake will find it." Amen.

What is Jesus talking about regarding this sword? What does this sword mean? He says, "I have come." Jesus Christ had a gentle character. However, His mission was not to come among humans to establish peace and harmony or to say that wars should cease.

That wasn't the case. He came to reconcile humanity with God. Yes, all humans do not believe in Jesus Christ. As brother Shahid has reminded us, yes, Jesus Christ was gentle, kind, and humble.

Not all people believe in Jesus Christ. Not everyone wants to reconcile with God. Not everyone wants to repent and receive God's free forgiveness. Those who do not repent do not believe and always oppose those who have faith in Jesus Christ.

This opposition can be found even in our families, in our relatives, or in marital relationships. Jesus Christ succinctly stated, brother Shahid, that those who dance within the realm of Satan and enjoy the fleeting pleasures of this world are the ones who believe in the lies of Satan.

They always oppose those who enter the kingdom of God. Why is it today that in our country, Afghanistan, it is not allowed for the Gospel to be freely available to the people, so that they can access it?

Those who desire to come and read should benefit from this truth. However, between the realm of Satan and the kingdom of God, peace and love cannot coexist. That is why Jesus Christ said, "I did not come to bring peace but a sword."

This means that Jesus Christ separates those who believe from those who do not. Jesus Christ is not saying that you should abandon your family, relatives, or parents.

He is saying that in the hierarchy of your life, I should come first. Because all power is in My hands. I should come first, then your family, your parents, your children, and so on.

This does not mean that we are to suggest you abandon everything for the sake of faith in Jesus Christ. And anyone who says he loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me.

Many followers of Jesus may think that we do not respect our parents. We absolutely respect our parents and siblings. However, they come second. In the hierarchy of our lives, Jesus Christ should come first, as He invites us to life and eternity.

Worldly life and spiritual life stand in opposition to each other. The more we cling to worldly materialism, the more we lose spiritual blessings. The more we invest in worldly privileges for the sake of Christ, the more we gain spiritual benefits.

The life that Jesus has promised to His followers begins right at this moment, dear listeners. It starts right now, in this world, as you hear our voice and speak of God's Word. Today, we invite you to say yes to Jesus Christ.

Read the Gospel, seek it out, and be among those who seek the truth of Jesus Christ. Without Jesus, there is no life. Indeed, in Jesus Christ, we have everything. In Him, there is life, in Him, there is faithfulness, and we thank God that we can distinguish between darkness and light and find the truth.

And this purpose that Jesus Christ refers to as the sword, is that those who believe become new creations. The person who has believed and found the truth will never abandon it. As long as they live, they will cling to it and remain faithful.
