Electricity Cut Off for Nine Major Debtors of Breshna

In its campaign to collect unpaid bills, the Breshna Company cut off electricity to some powerful and high-ranking government officials in an unprecedented move.
A number of government workers and private citizens owe 11 billion Afghanis to the Breshna Company for electricity use.
Being in government and being powerful does not give license to free use of public utilities, or to put oneself above the law.
