An unhealthy habit is a behaviour that is repeated, but instead of doing us good, it harms us. If an unhealthy habit has taken root in our lives, it is better to stop early, listen to the warnings, and ask God for help because true freedom comes when our hearts are turned back to Him. Psychologically, each repeated habit creates a stronger neural pathway in our brain. Unhealthy habits creep into our lives slowly and silently, but they can have profound effects on our bodies, minds, spirits, and relationships. However, we are not prisoners to them. With honesty, prayer, effort, healthy alternatives, and the help of others, we can become free step by step.
