This year’s Nowruz celebration comes with some harsh realities for Afghans. Nowruz is a celebration of the Persian New year, first day of spring and the start of another School Year. Yes, we celebrate Nowruz and wish everyone a very Happy Nowruz, but we can’t ignore the hundreds of thousands of girls in Afghanistan who can’t go to School and they have to stay home again this year. We pray that God will give wisdom leaders of Afghanistan to let girls go to School and get educated. We hope that the girls in Afghanistan can continue their education, in that hope we wish you a happy and blessed Nowruz!
