God loves the whole world. Not only the Jews but (contrary to their idea); He loves everyone from all walks of life, rich and poor, black and white. He loves mankind so much that he gave his only son to save us. Man can receive this salvation, that is, eternal life, only through faith. If anyone believes in Jesus, he will not perish but have eternal life. If a person does not believe, he will perish. Perdition means separation from God and eternal torment in hell, where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth. There are only two ends for humans: one is eternal life and the other is destruction. Christ came to show us the right way, the way that leads to eternal life. Christ is the way, the truth and the life. Not believing in Christ means choosing destruction.
