Jesus teaches us a profound lesson about greatness that contradicts the leadership principles of the world. When we see leaders in society, we think about power, wealth, and fame. Jesus’ teaching tells us that a leader is one who serves others. Servant leadership in Christian faith does not depend on age, gender, wealth, power, or fame. Jesus showed us true leadership by serving us and by giving his life for our sins on the cross.
