Practising gratitude can boost our mental health. Practising gratitude helps our brain to be trained and more sensitive to experiences of gratitude and appreciation. This helps our mind to be more attracted to positive events and helps to improve our mental health over time. Practising gratitude will help you cope with changes more easily and become a flexible person. By practising gratitude, our minds can be trained to accept positive changes. Another effect of practising gratitude in our lives is reducing stress and anxiety in our lives. Gratitude brings us inner peace and invites us to peace with ourselves and the world around us.
