For the redemption of mankind, it was necessary that God's only Son, Jesus Christ, should come to this world and be sacrificed to pay the great price of our sins. It was necessary for God the Father to sacrifice Jesus Christ so that his blood could be the payment for our salvation. Jesus Christ is the perfect sacrifice. This sacrifice is once and for all.
