Afghans believe in Jesus Christ because they have come to know Him correctly through reading the Bible and listening to the radio. Jesus did not come to just show us the way; He is the way! Because it is only through Him that we enter heaven. It is through His sacrifice and death that our sins are forgiven, and because of Him we are made righteous in the eyes of God. Jesus not only teaches the truth, but He Himself is the truth. Jesus is completely trustworthy. His gospel is true. When we truly believe in Jesus, accept His teachings, we are saved, and are freed from ignorance and sin. Jesus not only gives life and life, but He Himself is life. In Him is life. To know Jesus means to have eternal life.
