How much do you feel valuable in your life? Do you value yourself? How much do you accept yourself? How much do you count on your abilities? When you do something wrong, how long does it take to change your inner dialogue and be kind to yourself? All of this, in one word, is a sense of value and that a sense of value means that I have the right attitude and judgement about myself. The first factor in the formation of a sense of value in a person goes back to childhood. When you were approved and criticised by others in childhood and school, your view of yourself was actually formed. A person who has been exposed to family tensions, teacher criticism, and comparisons with peers since childhood, tries to compensate for childhood humiliations in adulthood. Therefore, the first step in strengthening a sense of value is reconciliation with the past.
