Jesus warns us to be careful. We cannot know exactly when he will return, but we must be ready. The return of Christ is similar to the return of the master who unexpectedly returns from a journey. It is not important to know when Jesus will return. It is important to always be prepared. If we are always ready and watchful, we must pray to be saved from the temptation of slipping, abandoning faith and denying and denying Christ.
