In Philippians chapter 4, verses 4-23 we read that Paul encourages the Saints to always rejoice in the Lord. He encourages them to replace their anxiety with prayer and thanksgiving, promising they will enjoy the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding. Then they thank the Philippian Saints for the support they gave him in his times of need. Paul admonishes Church members to focus on things that are honest, just, true, and pure.
