Why Do You Disrespect God and Jesus Christ?

Jesus Christ teaches us that if we do not love our enemies, there is no difference between us and people of the world. We need to ask ourselves, “Are we any different from unbelievers? Is there any difference between us and people of the world?” Think about this: Most people do not commit adultery or murder. Most of them do their jobs, help their neighbours, give money to poor people, and lend money to their friends. Jesus asks us, “So how are you different from them?”
We can only be different if we follow Jesus’ teachings. The world says, “Do not do evil.” Jesus says, “Do not think evil.” The world says, “Do not murder.” Jesus says, “Do not be angry.” The world says, “Do not be excessive in getting revenge.” Jesus says, “Do get revenge at all.” The world says, “Love your neighbour.” Jesus says, “Love your enemies.”
