Inner healing is an important part of the glorious salvation that has come to us in Christ and is a reflection of the love and healing and wonderful love of God. This is also a result of the salvation of Christ, by which we are freed from the consequences of sin and are renewed so that we become more and more like our Creator. Inner healing is not a new perspective that has been shaped by the new findings of human knowledge, nor is it a new theological perspective that has just emerged. Rather, it is the crystallisation of the great love of the Good Shepherd in the revival and healing of painful and wounded people. Healing of the heart is the loving invitation of Jesus Christ to wounded, painful, and broken-hearted people to be freed from their bitter past.
