The Purpose of Worship

According to Bible verses, the purpose of worship is God the Father. I do not think there is a greater blessing than being able to call him a father. In the first place, we worship the Father for what he is. God's Word teaches that he is the Holy Father, the Righteous Father, the Father of Glory, the Father of Light, the Father of Mercy, the Father of all, and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. We worship him for what he has done for us.
