When Darrius became king, he appointed Daniel as his minister. The other ministers didn’t like Daniel and always tried to defame him and kill. When they noticed that Daniel always prays to his God, went to king, told him that Daniel consults everything with his God not with you. Therefore, he deserves to be killed. The king commanded to put him in the well that lions were keeping there. But God saved Daniel. After then, Darrius released all Jewish captives, and they went back to Jerusalem.
