There are lots of difficulties in life. There economic, familial, and social problems. These problems put a lot of pressure on us. The questions is how can we face these problems. In this program, we learn to first think about our problem and see whether the difficulties we face are worth the amount of our worry. Then, to think whether there is a solution to our problem or not. If there is, we need to think how we can solve our problem rather than worry or be anxious about it. If there is not, then we need to trust God, because He is merciful to us like a Father.
