In the Bible we find a prayer called “The Lord's Prayer”. Jesus Christ taught his followers this prayer.
Our Father, who are in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done. on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen.
This prayer teaches us that whenever we go to God, we should confess our sins and give thanks for His mercy and grace. Then God will answer our prayers with His love and grace.
