Followers of Jesus celebrate Good Friday and Easter for the last 2000 years. The non-Christian world, in general, divides into two groups in response to Good Friday and Easter Sunday: Muslims believe that Jesus did not die on the cross for the sins of the world and other religions and atheists believe Jesus did not rose again. 1 Corinthians 1:23-24 we read that we preach Christ crucified. In other words, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ are two sides of one coin of our faith. We cannot separate Jesus' death from his resurrection.
