Don't Trust in People

An informed and wise person trusts and relies on God. God is our creator and sustainer. Turning away from him and relying on people is the basis of sin. Human beings are mortal; they don’t last. As we were created from dust, we will return to dust. Human beings are weak and incapable of saving themselves. We don’t know the solution to life's problems. Only God is the answer to human needs. When we put our trust in him, we feel calm and at peace. A person who trusts and believes in God will be like a tree that grows by the river.
