The message of the cross is absurd and meaningless those who perish. But for those who are saved and are in the right way it is the power of God. The cross of Jesus is the power of God to save people. Saving them from all kinds of bondage and rescuing from Satan’s slavery. All that Jesus suffered on the cross was because of our sins. He paid the penalty for our sins on the cross and thereby gave us a new life. The crucifixion of Jesus was a spiritual battle between Satan and Christ, and Christ was victorious over Satan.
