Mary was a humble woman and lived among ordinary people. She was a descendant of king David. God had chosen her to be the mother of his only son the saviour of the world, Jesus Christ. Mary was very humble and trusted in God. That’s why she had been chosen by God. God loves humble hearts. God looks at our hearts not at our positions. He chooses weak people to serve him so that he can show his power through them. Everything is easy for God, we just have to trust him.
