Teenage Pregnant Women

Adolescent mothers face serious threats at birth, such as miscarriages, preterm births, surgeries, deaths, and low birth weight babies.
Some of these women, who became pregnant at an early age, say they did not give birth normally. Zahra, a 13-year-old girl who has just had an operation, says:
The baby was not born naturally, so I underwent two surgeries and was very busy, suffering from pain and restless sleep. The effect of all this pain and surgery is that my husband was given to me when I was old, and my existence was not yet ready for pregnancy. My parents have wronged me so much that they gave me a husband at a young age, and my husband wanted a child for me. He adds that his child is not of normal weight.
