Prayer is talking to God and confiding in Him. When we pray, God is more interested in our hearts than in our words. In prayer, we should bring what we have in our hearts to God, not just repeat the words we have memorized to God or words that we don’t understand. In prayer, God is more interested in establishing a relationship with us than anything else. He wants words that come from the bottom of our hearts, not just special formal words.
