The good news of the coming of the Lord Jesus was given to Isaiah to announce this prophecy without fear to his chosen people who were scattered; That prophecy was fulfilled two thousand years ago in Christ. Jesus is the good and compassionate shepherd who lifts the fallen and the poor from the ground and gives strength to the mourners and those in pain. The purpose of Jesus coming to our world was that all people could be saved from death through him. Unfortunately, the world ignores this part of God's living word; In fact, everyone is going to perish.
