The Power of the Cross of Christ

The Cross of Christ stands as a radiant axis at the heart of the history of salvation—the place where the eternal Word of God assumed human flesh and judged sin within that very flesh. The Cross is the foundation of our hope and the means of our reconciliation with God. Everything necessary for the salvation of lost humanity was accomplished in that glorious and agonising event atop Golgotha.

Faith in the Son of God

True faith means trusting in Jesus Christ, accepting Him as Lord and Saviour, and surrendering your life to Jesus Christ. Faith in Jesus Christ is not merely saying, “I believe that Jesus Christ exists.” For this reason, true faith is accompanied by repentance. Repentance means changing the direction of one’s life: recognising one’s sin, turning away from it, and turning back to God.

Test Everything

For you know that it was not with perishable things such as silver or gold that you were redeemed from the empty way of life handed down to you from your ancestors, but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect.
