The church, all who belong to Jesus, is also called the Body of Christ. All who belong to the church are members and parts of his Body, united in Christ and follow the same purpose. Like the various parts of our physical body, so the members of a Christ’s Body also are joined together and experience happiness and sorrows as one. They help each other as much as they can. Living as one body means we love each other and have unity. When the church is united, it has power. God’s purpose is to enlarge his spiritual and kingdom on the earth. God does this through the Body of Christ, the members of his body
